Steve has a Masters of Science Degree from American University, School of Government and Public Administration, in Washington D.C
Public Service
Prior to running for City Council District 6, Steve Brodie was the Chairperson of the Atlanta Human Relations Commission. In that role, he kept the Commission active and viable during a period of political change at the State Government level, even though the Commission's turnover rate was high and appointments were slow to be approved.
Private Sector
Steve Brodie has 15 years of management consulting experience in strategic planning, 10 of which were with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young; a major world-wide consulting group. His key role was strategic planning, where he was responsible for managing large projects with Fortune 100 Companies that focused on corporate efficiency, systems improvement, and improved customer relations. Additionally, Steve Brodie's consulting experience has made him proficient in dealing with billion dollar budgets.

Steve has been an active community volunteer providing management consulting services to senior management at non-profit organizations including:

Steve Brodie offers District 6 a strong background and skill set to address the persistent unsolved issues in our district. In the next year we are going to have to deal with changes that affect the character of our neighborhoods. Steve has the background and experience to improve our quality of life and represent your interest during the rapidly approaching period of growth and change.
